These terms govern your use of the VALE website and the booking process. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them.

What VALE is

VALE installs and operates front-office marketing and intake systems for law firms. This includes a website, booking, intake, follow-up, reviews, and reporting. VALE is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. VALE provides front-office and marketing systems, which are separate from legal case management software.

Using the site

You may use the site for its intended purpose: learning about our services and booking a call. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of any law.

Booking a call

Booking a call is a request for a conversation, not a contract for services. Eligibility is limited to licensed estate planning attorneys, and onboarding is capped per market. Submitting your information does not guarantee a slot or acceptance.

Services and billing

If you become a client, the specific services, fees, and billing terms are set out in your service agreement, which controls over anything described on this site. Plans are billed on a recurring cycle as stated in that agreement. There is no long-term contract, and you may cancel as described there.

The website and system are provided as part of an active subscription. If your subscription ends, access to the hosted website and system ends with it.

The 60-day guarantee

The guarantee covers lead capture and follow-up, the parts of the system VALE fully controls. It does not guarantee a specific number of signed clients or revenue, which depend on factors outside our control such as your market and your close rate. Full guarantee terms are provided in your service agreement.

Intellectual property

The VALE name, logo, site content, and underlying systems are owned by VALE. You receive a license to use the deliverables for your firm while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the systems.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, VALE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Any results described are examples and are not promises of your results.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
